The main focus of SalesAlert is to ensure that all billings are
raised and that they timely and accurate.
PurchaseAlert
The main focus of PurchaseAlert is to manage costs of internal
and external suppliers of services and products.
RequestAlert
RequestAlert is the interface between the customer and the IT
vendor. It provides a single central knowledge base where
requests are tracked and progressed through to the delivery of
products and services.
SoftwareAlert
Managing the development and support of multiple versions of
software products for multiple customers is the primary aim of
SoftwareAlert.
Alert WebServices
Alert Web Services is a module of components that work in
synchronisation with Alert to provide Web Services to customers.
Web services currently provides the ability for customers to log
requests with the IT service provider across the web. These are
updated into the Alert database and, depending on Alert setup,
responsibilities assigned, e-mails generated and the request
monitored against service level statistics.
Request status reports may be produced based on criteria entered
by the customer. These may be summary or detailed reports and
report directly against the Alert database.
Alert Data Warehouse and KPI Dashboard
The Alert Data Warehouse and KPI Dashboard provides enterprise
level reporting capabilities. The purpose of a data warehouse system
is to provide decision-makers the accurate, timely information they
need to make the right decisions and is exactly what the Alert
Data Warehouse provides. The Alert KPI Dashboard is the front-end
to the Data Warehouse and provides instant web access to KPI's such
as Employee Utilisation, Service Revenue rate per hour, Projected
Project Hours V's Budget and more.
